Wristband Assistance – Location and Hours of Operation
Wristband Assistance is located at the corner of Michigan Avenue and Ida B Wells North.

If you need a wristband replacement*, lost your package in the mail, or have any other issues with your wristband, please visit our Wristband Assistance Location instead of the Box Office.

A government-issued ID is required to verify your order.

*We are only able provide a replacement for wristbands purchased through the Lollapalooza website, Front Gate Tickets or the Ticketmaster Verified Exchange. We cannot assist with orders purchased through third parties.
