Wristband Assistance is located at the corner of Michigan Avenue and Ida B Wells North.
Please visit Wristband Assistance (not the Box Office) if you need a wristband replacement or have any other issues with your wristband. A government-issued ID is required to verify your order.
Hours of Operation:
Wednesday, July 27th – 12PM-7PM
Thursday, July 28th – Sunday, July 31st: 10AM-9PM
