We’re excited to see you at Grant Park soon! This is a weekend to remember with a stellar lineup on stage and off. As a Cabana guest, you have one of the most exclusive spaces in the park to hang with your friends, relax between sets with a cold drink and watch all of the bands on the T-Mobile Stage. On this page, you’ll find everything you need to know about the Cabanas program plus other important details. How to Dress & What to Bring
Dress for comfort and be sure to check the weather forecast before you head out the door. The festival grounds are a combination of paved surfaces, gravel and grass, so choose your footwear accordingly. We recommend a hat and sunglasses, but if you forget anything, the Festival Store has lots of great merchandise offerings!
Cabana Wristbands
Will Call
If your wristbands were not mailed to you and are at Will Call, you can pick them up at the Festival Box Office. A government-issued ID is required to verify your order and pick up tickets.

Wristband Activation
Wristband activation ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day and allows you to add emergency contact information to your wristband. All you need to do is enter your wristband ID number (located on the inside of your wristband) and contact info to activate.
Cashless
Lollapalooza is fully cashless. Credit card, debit card, and mobile payment methods are accepted site wide.

Cabanas Festival Entrance
This is the fastest way to enter the park and avoid the crowds at the main gates. Look for the directional signs for Cabanas Entrance at the northeast corner of S. Michigan Ave. and 11th street, half a block north of Roosevelt Rd. The entrance is on the 11th Street pedestrian bridge over the train tracks.
Once through the security check, climb aboard a VIP shuttle to be taken straight to the VIP Lolla Lounge. Please note: The golf carts are one-way only from the Entrance to the Lolla Lounge. When you are ready to depart for the evening, please use any of the main festival gates to leave on foot.
You are also welcome to enter the festival through the VIP/GA+ Entrance, located at the corner of S. Michigan Ave. and Van Buren St. From there, you can walk to your Cabana.
Cabanas Location and Entry
The Cabanas are located inside VIP Lolla Lounge South. Look for the Cabana marked with your host/host company’s name. Each Cabana is designed for peak comfort and camaraderie with a combination of lounge and dining seating. The space is open-walled to take advantage of Lake Michigan breezes and to maximize sightlines of the T-Mobile Stage.

You don’t have to leave the confines of the Cabana to fill up on food and beverages. In the communal Cabana Cantina on the north end of the Cabanas, you’ll find all-day grab-and-go snacks plus a daily dinner buffet from 5–8pm.
We’ve made it easy to quench your thirst. You can order a drink from your in-suite private bar for full-service selection s including beer, seltzers, wine, canned and made-to-order cocktails, waters, energy drinks and sodas.

Viewing Areas
Your Cabana will offer expansive views of the south field of the festival grounds, included the T-Mobile Stage where you’ll be able to see Tyler the Creator, SZA, The Killers, Blink-182 and more. You’ll also be able to use the on-field viewing areas within the two VIP Lolla areas.
Golf Cart Shuttle
When you’re ready to explore the north end of the park, hop onto the complimentary shuttle to head to the Lolla Lounge North. The shuttle service between the two Lolla Lounges runs continuously throughout the festival.
When you use the dedicated Cabanas Entrance, we will have a golf cart on hand to take you straight to the Cabanas in Lolla Lounge South.

Shuttle Rules:
- No alcohol on board
- No standing or sitting on laps
- For your safety, keep your limbs inside the cart
- Access to VIP — Enjoy unfettered access to all VIP areas. Click HERE for a complete description of amenities.
- Express service at the main LollaShop — The full selection of merchandise can be found at the LollaShop located at Buckingham Fountain. This expansive space is fully enclosed, air-conditioned and set up for a true retail experience. Cabana guests can enjoy express entry and checkout to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Look for the Express Entry & Checkout signs.
- Premium bathroom — Cabana guests have a private comfort station located down the steps from the north end of the Cabanas.
